1. Custom-Made Products
All our products are custom-made to your specifications. As such, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
- Notify Us: Contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Evidence: Include photos of the damaged item in your communication.
- Replacement: We will send you a new one for free with the same uploaded image and frame.
3. Order Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that the uploaded images and order details are correct before placing your order. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for errors made by the customer.
4. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it goes into production shortly thereafter. You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
